2018-19賽季NBA例行賽繼續進行，達拉斯獨行俠隊（21勝26負）主場反彈。Barnes得到20分，東契奇得到17分、7個籃板和6次助攻，Smith復出得到17分和8個籃板，他們率隊在第四節末段打出小高潮重新領跑，獨行俠隊在主場以106-98擊敗洛杉磯快艇隊（25勝22負）。獨行俠隊結束4連敗。

在第二節比賽開始沒多久，Devin Harris和Dirk Nowitzki連線，後者使出了一招標誌性的金雞獨立後仰跳投得手。兩位獨行俠老將如今還在為球隊做貢獻。

這一球得衝擊多少人的心啊，這個賽季已經過半，德佬的生涯也就剩下僅有的半個賽季，經典「金雞獨立」動作也將隨德佬的退役而消失在這個賽場上面，且看且珍惜啊！
